Ukulele is a great starter string instrument. It's the perfect size for younger arms, low-maintenance, and simple; which leads to quick success for young learners. A group ukulele class provides a social element to music, and naturally helps motivate students to learn. It also provides an ensemble atmosphere that allows for a more sophisticated sound. Enrollment is ongoing so students can join at any time!

Brandon Cruz

Brandon Cruz is a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), Mindfulness Teacher and Outdoor Leader with over 10 years professional experience guiding and facilitating outdoor adventure, team building and therapeutic recreation programming for youth, families and community groups. He is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of music, and regularly incorporates ukulele and guitar playing into his services. Brandon is the owner of Cruz Outdoors, providing outdoor recreation, team building and therapeutic recreation services to individuals, families, schools, churches and the City of Clemson Parks and Recreation Department.
